What is a dram shop?
The Lifted Cask will be the whiskey hub for the Chippewa Valley, offering a social and collaborative landscape in which customers can experience the aged spirit like never before.
In the dram shop, customers will be able to sample from the bottle or barrel, order a flight, have us mix them a cocktail, and buy bottles of our whiskey at a discount from retail. Much like a distillery, but with the variety of offerings sourced from the very best of regionally and nationally acclaimed distilleries.
